The Cheney Brothers National Historic District Commission will be presenting its annual preservation awards to Manchester property owners who have improved their property while preserving its historic values and character. A reception will be held on Wed., May 25 at 4:30 pm in the Lincoln Center hearing room. The public is welcome and refreshments will be served.
