A Veteran's benefits counselor will be at the Weiss Center conference room every Tuesday from noon-3pm. Walk-ins are Welcome, or you can make an appointment by calling 860-647-3270 and select option #2. The Weiss Center is located at 479 Main St. in Manchester; park in rear of building and use the parking lot entrance. Follow signs to veteran's counselor in the 1st floor conference room. There is an elevator located at this entrance. This is for all veterans, regardless of branch of service, combat or non-combat.
