Got Beef? Truck Carrying Meat Sideswiped Disabled Vehicle in Manchester

The disabled vehicle was partially in the right lane of I-84, which caused a mess.

An improperly parked truck was sideswiped by another truck carrying a load of ground beef in Manchester Thursday morning.

The accident happened near exit 63 on I-84 eastbound around 5:30 a.m., according to the Hartford Courant. A disabled truck was parked partially in the right lane.

The state Department of Consumer Protection was checking the beef to see if it could still be used.
