In April of 2014, they found the space on Talcottville Road in Vernon. They signed the lease in June of 2014 and construction took eight months.

Customers will be able to find all of their favorite breads, but since the business is starting out slowly, it might take a bit of time for a few of them to appear.

The bakery will also be making sandwiches - ham, turkey, and some specialty ones. The Roberts’ will also partner with Peet’s Coffee, a West Coast-based coffee company.
