Hazardous Weather Outlook Issued For Northern Connecticut
A series of weather issues are expected today and later this week. Here are the new updates.

The National Weather Service has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for Hartford, Tolland and Windham counties for a series of weather problems.
First for this morning, "Temperatures below freezing this morning will cause slippery spots on areas roads. Gusty northwest winds to 40 mph will diminish by afternoon."
And after a quiet weather day Wednesday, our next storm approaches Thursday night and Friday, which may produce heavy rain and "may bring the potential for localized flooding," the National Weather Service says.
