Not a problem, so we did a 26 year mortgage for the client. I don’t blame clients that don’t want to extend the term of their mortgages when they want to refinance.
Being a mortgage broker, we can custom fit the term that someone wants, actually we can go down to 8 years and up to 30 years, if that is what the client desires.
So when you hear someone say, we can do, 10—15—20--25—30 year mortgages, you know we can do everything in between.
