Kingswood Oxford to Host Upper School Open House on Nov. 3

Kingswood Oxford invites prospective Upper School students to learn more about the KO experience at an Open House on Sunday, Nov. 3, 2013, from 1:30-3:30pm.

Prospective families should sign in at Roberts Theater at 1:30pm. Following a welcome and overview from Head of School Dennis Bisgaard and Assistant Head of School for Academic Life Natalie Demers, families will be matched with a student tour guide who will escort them throughout campus.

Teachers and coaches will offer examples and insight into KO’s innovative techniques, outstanding resources, and rich student life. Current parents and Admissions Office staff will be available to answer questions, and light refreshments will be available. The event will end at 3:30pm.

“Most families understand that KO offers a terrific academic experience, but it isn’t until they visit campus and engage in conversation with our faculty and current students and parents that they begin to realize the impact that a KO education can have on the life of their child,” said Jim O’Donnell, KO’s Director of Enrollment Management.

Families who cannot attend the Open House but wish to learn more about KO should contact the Admissions Office (admissions@k-o.org or 860-727-5000) for an interview and tour. (Interviews for September 2014 enrollment began on Sept. 23, 2013.)
