MANCHESTER, CT — All spots in the 7th Annual Little Manchester Road Race have been filled, race organizers said. The race is a miniature version of the famed Manchester Road Race designed for young people. This year's version is slated for Saturday, Nov. 18 at 10 a.m. It is s non-competitive series of runs open to those 12 and younger under over 100 meters, a half-mile, 1 mile and 2 miles. The races start and finish at the Bennet Academy soccer fields in Manchester.To get on the waiting list, click <a href="http://www.fleetfeethartford.com/community/little-manchester-road-race" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">here</a>. As of Monday, 2,819 runners have signed up for the 81 running of the big Manchester Road Race. The race takes place in Thanksgiving Morning through downtown Manchester and attracts a world class individual field along with the traditional costumed runners.
