Manchester Cops Release Images Of 3 Robberies In 2-Day Span
Manchester police are looking into three armed robberies at local filling station stores.

MANCHESTER, CT — Manchester police have released surveillance images as part of an investigation into three armed hold-ups over a two-day period.
According to a report, the first robbery took place at about 10 p.m. Tuesday at the Exxon Gas station, 318 Adams St. The bandit, armed with a gun, stole money from the store and fled on foot, according to a report. The clerk described the suspect as "male" wearing a black hoodie and pants and about 5-foot-7. The sweatshirt may have had "Central Connecticut State University" on the chest pocket, police said.

The second robbery took place at 3:21 a.m. Wednesday at the Mobil Gas Station, 427 Hartford Road, a report indicates. Surveillance footage shows a man wearing a yellow jacket and green hat with side tassels pointing a gun at a clerk. He then took cash from the establishment, according to a report.

Police suspect the same man was involved in a robbery at the Xtra Mart Gas Station, 95 Buckland St. at about 5:22 a.m. that say. He had a knife and was wearing a blue jacket and dark pants. The man may have fled in a dark-colored sport utility vehicle, possibly an "older" Ford Explorer, according to a report.
