Manchester Gets Votes in State Wrestling Poll

MANCHESTER, CT — Manchester did not crack the top 10 in the latest high school wrestling poll of coaches and media members, but did receive some support from voters despite a sub-.500 record thus far this season.

The Indians (2-5) host Glastonbury Thursday night, then travel to crosstown rival East Catholic Saturday morning.

Danbury (7-0) collected 16 of 17 first-place votes to maintain the top position.

Here are the top 10, plus all other programs receiving votes, with records through Jan. 15:
