Manchester Obituary: Jennifer Hunt, 54

Jennifer M. Hunt, 54, of Manchester, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 30, 2016.

Born in Asheboro, NC to the late Carol J. (Lowdermilk) and William R. Hunt, Sr., she was raised in Bloomfield and was an accomplished gymnast. Jennifer worked as a CNA for leading Hospitals, and also as a Phlebotomist for Quest Diagnostics. Jennifer enjoyed working hard and loved music, cooking and attending Church in her spare time. Her growing relationship with God and love for others was apparent.

Jennifer is survived by her son Robert Knighton, Jr. and fiancé Eli of New York, NY; brothers Jonathan Hunt of Windsor, Jeffrey Hunt of Hartford; sisters Janine Childs-Wilkinson of E. Hartford, Leandra Strickland of Manchester, Kimberly Hunt-Hudson of W. Hartford; her beloved Aunt Tanna Howard and Uncle Wilburn Lowdermilk of Bloomfield; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

Her family will receive friends on Monday, November 7, 10am – 11am at Shiloh Baptist Church, 350 Albany Ave., Hartford, followed by a Memorial Service at 11am with Rev. Maurice S. Porter. Burial will follow in Mt. View Cemetery, Bloomfield.
