Manchester Obituary: Philomena Palestini, 35

Philomena Ann Palestini, 35, of Manchester, passed away Friday, January 19, 2018.

Born in Portland, Maine, she is survived by her mother Karen Palestini Zema, step-father Tony Zema, and sister Giana Zema of Avon.

Growing up, she enjoyed the benefits of an extended and loving family, including her grandparents Philomena Ann DiSanto Palestini and Antonio Palestini Sr., her aunts and uncles, and many cousins. She graduated from Deering High School in Portland, Maine. She worked for several law firms and studied at Tunxis College. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family.

Prior to her passing, she was beginning a new life together with her boyfriend Jamar Smith. Her love, compassion and caring ways will always be remembered.

Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
