Manchester Officials: Busting Up Blighted Building is a Missing Link to a Key Area in Town

MANCHESTER, CT — Once a blighted building in the center of the town is torn down, Center Street and Center Springs Park will have a connection, town leaders told the Hartford Courant.

The board of directors voted this week to fund the tear-down of 111-113 Center St., a commercial and residential building that is decaying.
