MANCHESTER, CT — A Manchester player has won a big prize in a CT Lottery game.
On Jan. 27, Joseph Norville cashed in a ticket worth $10,000 in the 10X CASH 13TH EDITION game, lottery officials said.
He purchased the ticket at the Shell station at 161 Tolland Turnpike in Manchester, lottery officials said.
