Manchester's Property Values Increase Slightly
The Manchester grand list for 2016 shows a slight increase.

MANCHESTER, CT — The value of taxable property in Manchester has gone up slightly.
The October 2016 grand list was recently released and the net value of motor vehicles, personal property, and real estate in Manchester totals, $3,993,259,326.
That includes the town's recently completed property revaluation.

The bottom line represents an increase of $48,457,857, or 1.23 percent, town officials said.
