Manchester Early Learning Center held its first Fall Fest on Tuesday, October 22. Over 300 parents and children from MELC’s Pre School and Club MELC sites enjoyed the festivities which was located at the Preschool playground on Waddell Road.
Club MELC sites; Bowers, Buckley, Highland Park, Keeney, Martin, Robertson, Verplanck Waddell and Washington Elementary Schools as well as Odyssey Community School each had tables with games or activities that the children were able to participate in. Some of the activities and games included donut eating contests, boo bowling, a photo booth, lollipop ghosts and the “Trail of Fear”.
MELC would like to thank the following vendors who helped make this event happen: Spare Time Family Fun Center of Vernon, Jumpin' Jonnies Bounce, Party & Play, K & S Distributors, HPC Foodservice, ShopRite, Big Y Food, Dunkin Donuts of Hartford Road, Sweet Frog’s of Manchester and Hop River Nursery - Andover and Nichole West for Face Painting.
The Manchester Early Learning Center is a non profit community based organization that provides quality and affordable child care to Manchester area preschool and school - age children.
