Men In Stolen Porsche Rob Skateboarders, Scooter Driver In Manchester
Armed Men in a stolen luxury SUV were involved in a pair of robberies in Manchester Wednesday, police said

MANCHESTER, CT — Four assailants driving around in a stolen Porsche were involved in two violent armed robberies in Manchester Wednesday night, police said.
The first was reported at 8:30 p.m. Police said they received a complaint about four men a white Porsche who took a scooter from a man in the area of 145 Lake St. Responding officers determined that the assailants rammed the man off the scooter and then approached him with handguns, according to an incident report.
After taking the man's cell phone and wallet, the robbers fled the area — three in the Porsche and one riding the scooter, according t0 an incident report.

The owner of the scooter was transported to Manchester Memorial Hospital with minor injuries, police said.
About 10 minutes later, a second report of an armed robbery involving the Porsche was received. Two skateboarders riding in the area of East Cemetery on East Center Street, were approached by the robbers in
what was described as a white Porsche sport utility vehicle, police said.

The skateboarders were approached by the armed robbers, who demanded their cell phones and wallets, according to an incident report. One of the skateboarders was punched in the face twice, police said.
Both victims reported the suspects were wearing black clothing, masks, and were pointed firearms at them.
The vehicle involved in both armed robberies — a 2021 Porsche Macan — was determined to have been stolen out of East Hartford earlier in the evening, police said. Manchester police said they are still investigating both local armed robberies, but it is believed at least some of the suspects were taken into custody by Hartford Police after fleeing the Porsche.
