Restaurant Chain to Fill Buckland Hills Vacancy in Manchester
Renovations have begun to full a vacancy at Buckland Hills in Manchester.

MANCHESTER, CT — It appears Joey Garlic's is coming to Manchester to move into the Carrabba's vacancy in the Buckland Hills shopping district.
The owners of the chain that includes restaurants in in Farmington and Newington told the Hartford Courant that renovations to the building at 31 Red Stone Road were under way.
The target opening is May or June, according to the story.

Joey Garlic's offers New Haven-style brick oven pizza, which has a crust similar to rustic peasant bread in texture and is cooked to a darker color which allows the toppings to blend together, the owners said.

The menu also features salads, starters, pastas, sandwiches, burgers, milkshakes, ice cream, and a kids' menu.
