SSAT Seminar to be Held at Kingswood Oxford

To help demystify the independent school admissions process, Kingswood Oxford School is hosting a seminar about the SSAT, a key entrance exam, on Wed., Oct. 30, from 6-7:30pm in the Conklin Library.

The Secondary School Admission Test (SSAT) is required for applicants to independent high schools, including KO. At the seminar, which is open to students and parents and is free of charge, experts will explain the format of the test, will offer tips on how to prepare for it, and will explain how schools use the scores.

“This program was the logical next addition to our Independent School Seminar Series, because many families express confusion about the nature of the test and the weight of the scores on admissions decisions," said Jim O’Donnell, KO’s Director of Enrollment Management.
