MANCHESTER, CT — A judge in Manchester Cuperior Court Thursday slapped a $250,000 bond on a 19-year-old from East Hartford who was involved in a December stick-up at a Buckland Hills big box store.

Charles N. Woodall, 19, was served a warrant by South Windsor police Thursday. The warrant has charged him with carrying a pistol without a permit, first-degree robbery, criminal use of a weapon and three counts of first-degree reckless endangerment, police said.

Woodall’s charges stem from a December incident, police said. He is accused of pointing a gun at someone during an item exchange in the Target parking lot, 125 Buckland Hills Drive, police said. The meeting had been previously coordinated via social media, and shoes were taken during nthe robbery, police said.

Woodall failed to. post the $250,000 bond, court records show. He was already in custody because of a separate incident.

He is set to appear in court again on Feb. 23, records show.
