MANCHESTER, CT — A wanted poster was distributed Wednesday for a man Manchester police believe was involved in a weekend kidnapping and sexual assault incident and he was arrested later in the day. The investigation began on Jan. 25 and the suspect was identified as 31-year-old Miguel Hernandez. A warrant had been issued for his arrest, police said.
