About Those Annoying Christmas Family Bragging Letters

I used to save all those annoying annual family letters that friends tuck inside their Christmas cards. You know, the letters that boast about fabulous vacations, ivy league admissions and dizzying upward career trajectories. I made a habit of tossing them in with the ornaments I packed up in January. A year later, I'd be ready to laugh rather than roll my eyes. 

Misery loves company and apparently there are a lot of websites dedicated to poking fun at the brag letter tradition. 

This year the Holderness family set their annual newsletter to music, posted it to Youtube and watched it go viral. It currently has with 7,484,368 views.
