• 22-Year-Old UConn Student Dies After Mansfield Crash (patch.com) — Mansfield residents are mourning after a 22-year-old former UConn student-athlete died from injuries suffered in a crash on Hunting Lodge Road, where his vehicle crossed the center line and hit a tree. State police are still investigating and seeking witnesses, while UConn officials remember him as an engaged student and fraternity member with a passion for turfgrass science.
