Arrest Made for Mansfield Theft

On May 19, Michael Woodward under the authority of a Habeas issued by Rockville Superior Court was transported from Bridgeport Correctional Institution to the court so that an active arrest warrant could be served.

Woodward, 46, of 15 Thames Ter. in Norwich, was placed under arrest for the charges of sixth-degree larceny, credit card theft, illegal use of a credit card, and criminal impersonation for an incident that occurred in Mansfield.

He was processed and held on a $25,000 bond set by the court.
