Schaefer, 49, of 34 Warrenville Rd., Mansfield Center, was charged with risk of injury to a child, third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call, third-degree assault and second-degree unlawful restraint, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Warrenville Rd., 3:52 p.m. Bond: $10,000.

Cesare S. Randazzo, 20, of 241 Southridge Dr., Willimantic, was charged with risk of injury to a child and fourth-degree sexual assault, on a warrant, 1:15 p.m. Bond: $200,000.

Aug. 21

Jessica L. Redding, 35, of 19-B East Brook Ht., Mansfield, was charged with operating under the influence, in connection with a DUI call on Stafford Rd., 5:55 p.m. Bond: $500.
