Contractor will work on your house in exchange for putting my son up while at Uconn

I can turn that loft in your garage into a rental income or maybe your walk out basement? My son needs a place to live while attending Uconn he's a great kid but doesn't want to live in a dorm. Looking for a studio size apartment not sure he even needs a kitchen just a place to sleep and a private bathroom and I'll even build it.
