Driver Found Passed Out At Fast Food Drive-Through In Mansfield
A driver is facing a drunken driving charge after passing out in a fast food drive-up lane in Mansfield, state police said.

MANSFIELD, CT β A suspended driver was found passed out in a McDonald's drive-through in Mansfield and she is now facing four charges as a result, state police said.
Details on the Feb. 26 case were released this week.
At 12:31 that morning, state police received a call about a vehicle parked in the drive-through lane at the McDonald's at 118 Storrs Road. When troopers first approached the vehicle, the driver, a 52-year-old woman from Bridgeport, was unresponsive, according to an arrest report. When troopers woke her up, they determined she was intoxicated, according to an arrest report.

The driver was transported to Windham hospital, but was also charged with driving under the influence, driving without a license, driving while under suspension and failure to carry minimum insurance, state police said.
She is due in court on March 21.
