E.O. Smith Boys Golf Falls to Ellington, Woodstock

The boys golf team fell to Ellington High School (164-179) and Woodstock Academy (163-179), Tuesday at the University Golf Course.

Leading the Panthers (8-16) on the day were Dane Rosa who shot a 37, Tucker Lewis who shot a 46, Jensen Rawn and Nick Colangelo who each shot a 48 and Evan Halle, who shot a 49.

Ellington (12-7) was led by Nick Larew who shot a 38. Mike Thibodeau shot a 40, Jeff Bird and Jon McPartland shot a 43, and Mike Gresh shot a 45.

Woodstock Academy (20-0) was led by Ryan Willis who shot a 37. Greg Price and Christian Egeberg each shot a 41, Blake Willis shot a 44, and Paul Butketbich shot a 45.

E.O. Smith plays Thursday in the CCC Tournament at Stanley Golf Course in New Britain.
