Pantherpalooza
celebration to support the The Edwin O. Smith Foundation
On May 17, 2014, our fourth Pantherpalooza will take place
in order to raise money for The Edwin O. Smith Foundation. The Foundation is a
501(c) (3) tax-exempt organization that is dedicated to enriching the E. O.
Smith High School’s commitment to learning through teacher grants and student
scholarships. This community-wide
event is an opportunity to invite alumni, friends, supporters and anyone in the
community to enjoy an evening of celebration and fun. There will be talented E. O. Smith High
School graduates performing live music, a DJ, fresh food prepared by the
culinary students from E.O. Smith, silent auctions, a raffle, late night pizza,
and so much more. The event is being held
once again at The Sports Bar located at 157 Boston Post Road, North Windham,
CT. The bar features over 8,000 square
feet of sports and entertainment, including 35 high-definition TVs, pool
tables, a dance floor, video games, dart boards and an outdoor deck area. The
silent auction includes many sought after items such as; weekend stays on the
cape, a week in Hilton Head, autographed sports memorabilia, birthday party
packages as well as dining at many area restaurants and other great items. All items are donated by alumni, local
businesses and friends of E.O. Smith.
All proceeds from the night go directly toward the foundation which
funds the grants and scholarships awarded every year by the foundation.

and support for the E.O. Smith Foundation.
Tickets are $25 per person and include all food and live entertainment;
drinks are not included in the admission price.
Tickets can be purchased at the door the night of the event or at the
Sports Bar and at E.O. Smith High School in the Superintendent’s office anytime
prior to the event. Sponsorship and
donation opportunities are still available for local businesses who would like
to help the foundation. Information
