Spring Clinics

On Saturday March 26, 2011 from 9am to 12pm, Connecticut Trailers will be giving a clinic on trailer driving to teach the finer points of driving and backing a stock and bumper-pull trailer, including negotiating an obstacle course. You must have a valid drivers license to participate. There is only space for ten participants in this clinic! Then from 1pm to 4pm later on Saturday, Tim Hayes will be giving a Spring Clinic on Natural Horsemanship to help teach you skills to communicate better with your horse. Learn how to communicate without force. Open to riders of all levels and all disciplines. There will be two sessions on Saturday, one from 1-2:30 and a second from 2:30 -4. To finish the weekend of spring clinics, Deborah Moynihan, past president of Centered Riding, will be joining us at UCONN to give a clinic on Centered Riding and improving dressage technique. Open to all levels from training and up. She will be hosting clinic at the arena from 9am-noon on Sunday March 27th. There is only room for 4 participants per session. Each session is $45 per participant with an auditing fee of $15. Checks are should be made out to University of Connecticut. These clinics are open to all, not just UCONN students. Please preregister for these LIMITED spaces at
