A fundraiser to benefit the Windham Textile and History Museum’s Kids Club and children’s programs will be held on Sunday, November 24, 2013, beginning at 3pm, at the Museum. Desserts from many countries will be served at beautifully decorated tables representing holidays in other countries. Included will be the Netherlands, Canada, Italy and more. This event honors the ethnic diversity of the twenty-six nationalities that worked in the mills of eastern Connecticut. $8 per person in advance; $12 at the door.
