April 13

TOLLAND, CT. - Dennis Adams, 40, of 36 Hillside Farms in the Broad Brook section of East Windsor, was charged with violating a protective order, state police said. He communicated with the Tolland victim through Family Wizard, a tool police said is desgned for divorced or "never married" parents to arrange custody schedules.

MANSFIELD, CT - At 4:21 p.m., Anjelika Hodge, 25, was charged with interfering and criminal impersonation for a suspicious 911 hang-up, sate police said.

TOLLAND, CT - Sharon Stanley, 49, 51 Willie Road, Tolland, was charged with driving under the influence and a suspended license violation after she was discovered sleeping in a running vehicle on Eaton Road, state police said. She is due in court on May 3, state police said.

April 14

SOMERS, CT. - Jackson Emerson, 29, of 28 Norwich Road, East Haddam, was charged with being a fugitive from justice, state police said. He was set to be released from Osborn Correctional Institution and was wanted in Massachusetts, state police said.
