Freezing cold Friday night:

Wind chills may reach 15 to 20 below zero! Please take all necessary precautions if you’re going to be out at night.

Sunday’s snow chance:

The National Weather Service states in its Hazardous Weather Outlook that β€œanother storm may bring accumulating snow to the region, however the track of this low remains in question … low confidence at this time.”

The snow, if it happens, would arrive late Sunday and into Monday.

WFSB Meteorologist Scott Haney cautioned Thursday into Friday’s light snow event could complicate Friday’s morning commute.

And concerning Sunday’s snow chance, Haney says, β€œLight snow is possible before the day is over,” Haney said. β€œWhile a major snowstorm is possible Sunday night and Monday, recent information from some of our trusted computerRpi2GCk_kIRFLDm-dVJkmsjS8QwkdQCYjZTIPxp4 guidance models suggests otherwise.”

Still, Haney said the storm needs to be watched closely.

Saturday’s weather:

It will be dry and sunny on Saturday, that is the good news, but it’s going to be freezing with temperatures struggling to reach 20 degrees and winds gusting up to 35 mph.
