Mansfield Arrests Include Larceny, DUI, Failure to Appear, and Disorderly Conduct
These reports were logged by the Connecticut State Police at Troop C in Tolland.

May 21
On May 21 at approximately 5:32 p.m., troopers were dispatched to Kohlβs Department Store in Mansfield to investigate a larceny complaint. Shannon Irvin, 48, of 30 Windham St. in Windham, was placed under arrest and transported to Troop C where he was processed and charged with sixth-degree larceny. Irvin was released on a $1,000 non-surety bond and has a court date of June 10 at Rockville Superior Court.

At approximately 10:53 p.m., Jessica I. Haney, 20, of 19 Coleman Ln. in Marlborough, was stopped for a traffic violation on Route 89, north of Route 195 in Mansfield. After an investigation, she was arrested and transported to Troop C for processing. Haney was charged with speeding, operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use with cannabis, possession of controlled substance: narcotics, possession less than Β½ oz cannabis, and possession alcohol by minor public street/highway. She was released on a $5,000 non-surety bond and given a court date of June 3 at Rockville Superior Court.

While investigating an incident in the town of Mansfield, troopers became aware that Heather Elizabeth Pereira, 25, of 4 Eagle Ct., Apt. B in Mansfield, had an active PRAWN warrant issued by Rockville Superior Court. She was taken into custody and charged with second-degree failure to appear.
May 25
Troopers responded to a reported physical altercation between a male and a female. Subsequent investigation led to the arrest of both parties. Xavier Malave, 20, of 42 Stafford Rd. in Mansfield, and Kimberly Ann Negron, 19, of 42 Stafford Rd., Apt 1 in Mansfield, were both charged with disorderly conduct.
