VERNON, CT - A Mansfield man has been arrested in connection with the June 17 robbery of the Berkshire Bank branch on Route 30.
Michael Daly, 59, of Mansfield, was taken into custody on Monday morning, Vernon police said.
He was charged with second-degree robbery and fifth-degree larceny, Vernon police said.

He was arraigned shortly after his arrest and remained in custody Monday evening on a $25,000 cash bond, Vernon Police said.
The bank is located at the Shops at 30 retail plaza. It took place at lunchtime, a busy time for the plaza, considering it is home to Rein's Deli.

The robbery was captured on ban security cameras.
