Sept. 6

Emmanuel Fuller Hilding-salario, 23, of 17 Southwood Rd., Mansfield, was charged with speeding, DUI and failure to drive right, state police said.

He was observed driving erratically on North Eagleville Road atΒ 12:35 a.m., state police said.

Sept. 7

State police are investigating the theft of a 5-by-8-foot trailer from a residence on Stafford Road.Β

Colton Simmons, 26, of Stafford, was charged with DUI, a lane violation andΒ  making an improper turn atΒ 2:34 a.m., state police said.

He was observed driving erratically, state police said.

AtΒ 12:14 a.m.Β on Route 44, Michael Collier, 34, was stopped by a traffic enforcement detail and charged with DUI and a registration violation, state police said.

He lives atΒ  548 Bolton Road, state police said.

Scott Hair, 42, of Chaplin, was charged with third-degree burglary from a motor vehicle, second-degree criminal mischief, sixth-degree larceny from a motor vehicle and credit card theft atΒ 12:42 p.m., state police said.

Hair is accused of breaking his way into a vehicle parked unattended in a community parking lot designated for recreational use on the dead end portion of N Windham Road, state police said.

Sept. 8

Adam Wisnesky, 21, of 4 Wilson Court, Enfield, was charged with interfering atΒ 12:36 a.m., state police said.

He was observed on the westbound shoulder of Separatist Road carrying a large bottle of Jack Daniel's whiskey, state police said. When a trooper approached him, he fled on foot, state police said. He was chased down on foot, state police said.

Sept. 10

Christopher Blanchette, 47, of 91 Chaffeville Rd., Mansfield, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct atΒ 11:33 p.m., state police said.

It was part of a domestic response after troopers received a 911 hang-up call, state police said.Β
