STORRS, CT - The latest offering at the UConn Bookstore to feature the school logo?
Mexican Wrestling masks.
That's right - it's a blue--and-white mask that fits right in with Lucha Libre circles, er rings.

The masks, which look a bit like Jonathan, the University of Connecticut Husky mascot, retail for $34.99, UConn Deputy Spokesman Tim Breen said.

All logo wear is trademarked and approved by the UConn athletic department prior to being placed in the bookstore, Breen said.
Breen was asked if the masks would promote anonymous shenanigans around campus. He answered that, "Wrestling fans are pretty responsible people," and said the mask offering is "all in fun."
It is one of the unique new offerings since Barnes & Noble took over the bookstore from the UConn Co-Op in June.
