Report: Car Strikes Someone Mowing Lawn in Mansfield
A LifeStar helicopter ambulance was called in, but then called off, according to reports.
A person mowing a lawn at or near 173 Crane Hill Rd. in Mansfield was struck by a car at 3:30 p.m. Monday, then taken to Windham Hospital, according to a report on the NBC Connecticut website.
A call to LifeStar helicopter amblance was cancelled, but the victim went to the hospital, according to the television station website.
Authorities hadn’t released information on the status of the victim to NBC Connecticut and were still investigating the incident as of 6:01 p.m.
