Route 195 Construction in Mansfield's Four Corners To Be Done This Week

Connecticut Water also announced there won't be construction during 'Move-In' this weekend.

Construction of the water line on Route 195 in Mansfield between St. Paul’s Church and Mansfield Supply is expected to completed this week, ahead of schedule, according to Connecticut Water.

The utility also announced on Tuesday that there won’t be any construction in the Four Corners area of Route 195 on Friday, Aug. 28, for Move-In Weekend.

Once work on Route 195 in Mansfield is completed, crews will begin work on Route 44 between Route 195 and Jensens Rolling Hills. A crew also will begin work on Route 195 in Coventry at the Willimantic River Railroad Bridge and work west toward Tolland.

Construction in these areas is expected to begin later this week or early next week. Construction hours will run 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
