State Legislature Introduces Marijuana Legalization Bill
Representative Candelaria of the 95th District introduces House Bill 6703, which would legalize marijuana in the state of Connecticut.
In late January, Representative Candelaria of the 95th District of Connecticut introduced House Bill 6703, “AN ACT CONCERNING REGULATION AND TAXATION OF THE PRODUCTION, SALE AND USE OF MARIJUANA”, which would allow marijuana use for individuals over the age of 21 and regulate the sale, possession, and growth of marijuana. The proposed bill has been referred to the joint committee on judiciary matters.
