Town of Mansfield Earns Two Financial Reporting Awards

The Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) has recognized the Town of Mansfield with two awards for excellent financial reporting, according to the September issue of The Mansfield Minute.

The first award, a Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting, reflects on the quality of Mansfield's comprehensive annual financial report.

Director of Finance Cheryl A. Trahan earned the second honor, the Award of Financial Reporting Achievement, which recognizes her for demonstrating financial reporting transparency and fostering excellent communication about finances, according to the Mansfield Minute.
