MANSFIELD, CT β€” Isiah Rodriguez, 22, of New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and breach of peace, according to an arrest report. The incident took place at 6:31 p.m. on Route 275, state police said.

VERNON, CT β€” At 12:18 a.m., troopers noticed a 2009 Volkswagon Passat cross over the rumble strip on the westbound shoulder several times and pulled the car over on the Exit 67 off ramp, according to an arrest report. Ashley Pekarovioc, 20, of Andover, was charged with operating a motor vehicle as a minor with an elevated blood alcohol content and a lane violation after failing sobriety tests, an arrest report indicates.

ELLINGTON, CT β€” Bobbi-Jo West, 44, of Ellington, was charged with driving under the influence and motor vehicle violations at 1:54 a.m., according to an arrest report. She was driving a 2014 Kia Sorento eastbound on Route 140 when the car veered off the road, hit a utility pole and wound up in a field, according to an arrest report.

Dec. 15

UNION, CT – Christopher Mathieson, 31, of Rochester, NY, was charged with reckless driving, a headlight violation and other violations after being clocked traveling 100 mph near Exit 72 on Interstate-84, according to an arrest report. Several drivers reported him speeding, state police said.

Dec. 16

TOLLAND, CT β€” Robert Lewis, 20, of Coventry, was charged with driving under the influence and traveling too fast for conditions at 2:02 a.m., according to an arrest report. He was in a Jeep Cherokee doing "doughnuts" in a crowded parking lot at the Meeting House Commons plaza, according to an arrest report.

TOLLAND, CT β€” Brett Wheelock, 48, of Enfield, was charged with driving under the influence and several motor vehicle violations after a state trooper coming off a shift saw him driving erratically, according to an arrest report. He failed sobriety tests, a report indicates.
