Troop C Arrest Log: Mansfield Keeps State Police Busy

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests out of the state police Troop C log book.

Arrests are not indicators of guilt.

Dec. 8

MANSFIELD, CT — Rashawn Jackson, 42, of Willimantic, was charged with sixth-degree larceny after an incident at the Kohl's department store, 95 Storrs Road, according to an arrest report. He was caught shoplifting and detained until police arrives, according to an arrest report.

MANSFIELD, CT — Justin Gomes, 22, of Revere, MA, was charged with breach of peace for an disturbance at an apartment building at 12 Dartmouth Road, according to an arrest report. He was allegedly making noise and knocking on doors to apartments in the complex, according to an arrest report.

Dec. 10

ELLINGTON, CT — Juan Quiterio, 52, of Glastonbury, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive right after an incident at the Fie Corners Cumberland Farms, according to an arrest report. He pulled into the store parking lot in car, went inside was was allegedly stumbling around, according to an arrest report.

MANSFIELD, CT – John Shortell, 56, of Mansfield, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, and disorderly conduct for an incident on Storrs Road, according to an arrest report. A warrant had been issued for an October incident, according to an arrest report.
