STAFFORD, CT — Daniel Breer, 57, of Ashford, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree reckless endangerment, according to an arrest report. He was stopped for a motor vehicle violation and troopers discovered a warrant had been issued for Breer's arrest following a June 8 incident on Delphi Road in Stafford, according to an arrest report.

MANSFIELD, CT — A Tolland man was booked on a half-dozen charges following a traffic stop on Mansfield City Road at 12:30 a.m., according to an arrest report. A trooper had seen 33-year-old Joshua Hardon erratically and he wound up being charged with reckless driving, driving under the influence (second offense), a curve violation, a lane violation, driving under suspension and a registration violation, according to an arrest report.
MANSFIELD, CT — A 29-year-old Willington man was charged with possessing a controlled substance three times over after a disturbance at the East Brook Mall. Scott Barber was found to be in possession of Heroin, cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia after the incident, according to an arrest report.

SOMERS, CT — During the course of an accident investigation at 2:32 a.m., Reilly Tuttle, 32, of Manchester, with driving under the influence and a lane violation, according to an arrest report. He failed a series of field sobriety tests after the accident on Springfield Road, state police said in a report.
