SOMERS, CT — Jennifer Parshley, 46, of Suffield, was charged with second-degree forgery and sixth-degree larceny, according to an arrest report. he was part of a plan to steal checks in Somers, according to an arrest report.

MANSFIELD, CT — Cole Moulthorpe, 30, of Mansfield, was charged with risk of injury to a child, second-degree threatening, second-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct, according to an arrest report. The ages of the victims in the case are listed in an arrest report as 4 and 28.
ELLINGTON, CT — A 17-year-old was charged with drunken driving at 9:47 p.m., according to an arrest report. The Ellington Resident State Trooper's Office received reports of reckless driving at Ellington High School and located the boy in the parking lot, according to a report.

WILLINGTON, CT — Thomas Kruszniewski, 36, of Farmington, was charged with third-degree strangulation, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct after an incident in Willington. At 7:30 p.m., state police received several 911 calls from a home on Cisar Road in Willington and yelling voices could be heard in the background, according to an arrest report. Kruszniewski was arrested for his involvement after troopers arrived at the home, according to a report.

TOLLAND, CT — Andrew Vigeant, 25, of Tolland was charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation after a 2:21 a.m. traffic strop, according to an arrest report. A trooper immediately behind Vigeant's car followed him after noticing erratic driving and Vigeant failed a series of field sobriety tests after being pulled over, according to an arrest report.
