• At 9:53 p.m., state police responded to a complaint of a suspicious incident at the TD Bank at the Eastbrook Mall. 
• Sean Harris, 20, of Groton, and Jack Peters, 20, of Ledyard, were both charged with third-degree larceny, state police said. 

• Jeremy Sloan, 32, of Marlborough , was charged with breach of peace/threatening at 11:04 a.m., state police said. State police were responding to a report of a suspicious person on Sawmill Brook Lane, according to an arrest report.
