UConn Earth Day Spring Fling

The UConn Office of Environmental Policy, in collaboration with the Department of Dining Services’ Local Routes Program and EcoHusky Student Group, has organized the annual Earth Day Spring Fling.

EDSF will be attended by students, faculty, staff, and others from the University community. A multitude of exhibitors, from student groups and campus departments to eco-friendly organizations and local foods vendors will participate to promote sustainability and environmental awareness. In addition, the event will host an outdoor zero-waste barbecue catered by Dining Services featuring vegan/vegetarian and sustainable food options (lunch will cost $9.00 per individual).

This year’s Earth Day Spring Fling will be held on April 22, 2014 from 11:00am to 2:00pm on Fairfield Way, at the center of the main campus in Storrs.
