Underage Drinker Charged As Drunken Driver In Mansfield: Report
A traffic stop led to an underage DUI arrest in Mansfield, state police said.
MANSFIELD, CT — A 20-year-old is facing drunken driving charges after a stop in Mansfield over the weekend, state police said.
At 8:23 p.m. Saturday, state police intercepted a "suspicious" vehicle on Browns road, according to an arrest report. The driver, from Middletown, was suspected of being under the influence and arrested, state police said.
He was charged with having a blood alcohol level of .02 or more while younger than 21.
