From the acclaimed Hall School drama program that brought you The Wizard of Oz and Beauty and The Beast comes Once on This Island. Performances will be on Friday, March 28th, and Saturday, March 29th. Showtime is 7:00 p.m. both nights.
Once on This Island is the classic story of love at first sight -with a twist. This theatrical adaptation of a popular tale sings and dances the story of Ti Moune, the peasant girl who rescues and falls in love with Daniel, a boy from a wealthy family. When Daniel is returned to his people, the gods who rule the island guide Ti Moune on a quest to test the strength of her love against the powerful forces of prejudice, family traditions, and death.

Tickets are $8 and $5 (children and seniors) and are available at the Willington Public Library, the Hall Memorial School Library, by mail, and at the door.
