2 Meriden Residents Earn Big CT Lottery Prizes
Nothing like winning some big cash at the end of the year.
MERIDEN, CT — Two Meriden residents are ending 2017 on a high note. According to the Connecticut Lottery, Jose Vazquez won $30,000 and Tony Andrews won $20,000 playing lottery games. Three Meriden stores also sold winning tickets.
On Dec. 19, Vazquez won $30,000 playing 30X Cash 4Th Edition and he purchased the ticket at East Side Liquors in Meriden.
On Dec. 18, Andrews won $20,000 playing 20X Cash 3Rd Edition and he purchased the ticket at H & H Mart in Meriden.

On Dec. 11, Stop & Shop #680 in Meriden sold a $10,000 winner from 10X Cash 12Th Edition to Cheshire resident Matthew Cariglio.
